Analyze your equipment expenses - At any time from anywhere... 24/7. Select the “Service Shop” button to display every service shop listed on your account. Click on any service shop to display all of the work performed by Maintenance Plus. Sort the order you want the information displayed by clicking on the column title in the orange band (status, invoice number, date, equipment, serial, etc.). Drill down for more detail - Click on any of the jobs listed to display an itemized list of parts and labor. Print a copy of the original invoice by scrolling to the bottom of the page and selecting Print Invoice (PDF File). Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to print PDF files. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader program installed on your computer, click on the Adobe Acrobat Reader icon (left lower area of screen) to download the program onto your computer.
Service Shop Button - Display a list of service shops that you are authorized to access. Click on a service shop to display a list of all the equipment repairs made, as well as the current status of each job. Click on any one of the jobs listed to display an itemized list of parts and labor expenses. Build Portfolio Button - Display and print a Floor Plan and a list of all the equipment at the selected service shop (identified by make, model, serial number, and location)… all the essential information a service center would need… to service your equipment adequately… to be expedient… and to be cost-effective. Equipment List Button - Display a list of all the equipment you own at the selected service shop. Click on any item to display the repair history of that item. Repair Expense Button - Display a list of all the equipment repairs made (or in progress) at the selected service shop. Click on a serial number to display a list of all the repairs made on that piece of equipment. Click on any one of the repairs to display an itemized list of parts and labor expenses. Repair History Button - Display a list of all the equipment repairs made (or in progress) at the selected service shop. Click on any one of the jobs listed to display an itemized list of parts and labor expenses. Scroll to the bottom of the list to display the total repair expenses for the selected service shop. Estimates Button - Display a list of all estimates written for the selected service shop. Click on any estimate to display and print a copy of the original estimate. |
